The President and Senior Policy Council has approved the following policy revision, which is effective as of 3/19/25:
Policy on Student-Athlete Name, Image, and Likeness (Revised): The revision to this policy is based on an amendment to C.G.S. 10-56 that allows state universities to enter into NIL endorsement contracts and revenue-sharing agreements directly with student-athletes
